For example, to set the sleeping timer requires an advance user to program it while I have an older version over 4 years old works much better and easier. The TV system remote is okay but when it is in YouTube, the buttons are not well position.

Only issues are we cant add certain channel apps and when the apps glitch, you cant force stop them and reload the app.

Only has two HDMI outlets. Apps run slow compared to my other smart tv. Overall, good tv for the price (399.99).
