    This tv almost does what it is to do, the black on this tv is not truly black. It has bled in from white. The screen does not reflect light as well. I replaced a Toshiba 55-inch LCD which had true black screen and zero reflectivity on its screen. On the plus side, this TV has great interactivity with my Sony surround system, which makes the startup process run very smoothly. All I have to do is turn on my streaming device (The Shield) and everything else turns on. I would recommend this television to anyone who does not have direct light or sunlight in their room, because of the reflect ability issue.

    the TV is great for me. BUT....the geek squad service was SUPERIOR!!!!. Reliable, friendly, on time, kept me informed of arrival. He explained all my questions. I used geek squad for refrigerator repair then and received the same terrific service. Also, when purchasing TV, lsalesman was very patient with my concerns, not pushy, and very knowledgeable of his products. GEEK SQUAD DEDHAM MA IS NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT.,

    i was told that the remote had speaking button but that was not the case. I was also told that my old TV could be carried away but that was not case again.
