Best buy cancelled twice and we needed to reschedule to fit there schedule. My husband and I had to change our work schedule which cause us to loose hours. NOT HAPPY WITH BEST BUY.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the remote is very difficult to use. i bought this tv on black friday and when i first bought it there was a color spot on the tv and since then it has spread over my entire tv. shows on netflix are blurry and certain streaming channels the audio is extremely low. after purchasing this tv at best buy and later talking to other employees explaining my issues i’ve been having with the tv they explained this is a very low quality tv and the brand isn’t great. they said personally none of them would purchase a tv of this caliber. the picture included is when the screen is supposed to be black

Lag time is not good

The time it takes for the tv to switch between apps or anything really is kind of frustrating. Other than that picture and sound are good in my opinion.
