OS is pretty zippy and don’t see much freezing like with android tv and similar ones. Picture could be better but more of a nit pick. Great tv!!

I'm happy that it stays on my last chosen input. It starts up fast, and I like the way if gradually fades when I turn it off. The only downside, is that it has only 2 HDMI inputs. I have old cheep TV's that have 5.

All staff were superb (from the stocker to the cashier to the delivery and set up people)

I never imaged that a smart tv could be so dumb. For starters you cannot use a Roku without buying multiple adapters. The Tv does not allow you to stream certain channels like Acorn or PBS without a Roku. (I don’t subscribe through Amazon.) LG channels included like MAX require you to sign in each time you use it. I guess I should have checked. But why would I think the tv would have only one HDMI port for the cable box and then a usb port. The fact that the ports are BEHIND the tv make the option of an adapter even more difficult. Navigating the LG channels is actually a nightmare. Neither the salesperson nor the Geek Squad although very pleasant, were aware of these issues Yes. I can cast the channels from my phone, but that’s not a great solution or one I should have to rely on. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG TV. Give me any tv with a Roku interface. So simple and easy. The Best Buy staff should be aware of these issues. But the consumer shouldn’t take anything for granted—like a usable and accessible hdmi port. Give me Back my Vizio or any brand.

I used for my office on the wall. Only drawback only two HDMI ports. I resolved by buying a port adapter to compensate connecting other audio equipment.
