Screen is large and bright lots of customizable options but the menus are hard to navigate to find what you want and takes a bit to get through all the set up.

Once hooked up and properly installed and placed, the screen resolution on this tv is amazing and the functionality of the remote control is easily manageable

Pick out the TV I wanted got it paid for & set up delivery date. 2 men delivered the TV and I couldn’t be any happier. Thanks to all employees that help me.

They need to improve the quality. Also when commercial come on when watching a movie the sound doubles maybe triples to an obnoxious level!

Surprisingly quick home menu and app loading. We got this as our samsung died adrer 3 years and was ridiculous to fix.

No worries though, Best Buy always comes through with subperb customer service.

If you are used to amazon’s interface, this will be like dial-up internet. The digital optical is not compatable with my Samsung soundbar and the blutooth sound output is slower than the tv’s picture so there is a lag in the sound. This persists even after I go into the settings and make adjustments. I can only watch this tv via tv speakers as a result. However, the picture is fine. You get what you pay for.

I’m still getting used to the WebOS platform but so far I’m not disappointed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there are only 2 hdmi ports… no bueno!
