But it was a good price for the size and picture quality. Still think Sony has the best smart TVs. Good tv if you’re in a pinch.

The picture quality is horrible. I tried all Picture Modes but none is pleasant to the eyes. They either look pale/fake or the highlights look like over exposure. My other TV was bought in 2018 and it's not even top of the line TV. It's Samsung LED - NU7100 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. The Samsung colors are very pleasant. It processes the colors and highlights nicely, unlike this LG. The highlights especially on the face is just so bad. And AI sound is just weird. Normal sound is better than most TVs.

Was going to see if I could exchange it for a better model but Best Buy charges too much for installation - which I only need them to pack and unpack the unit.

My husband installed and set up and it seems to be pretty use friendly. Only reason for 4 star is does seem to be a little slow in starting the different apps at first.
