Wi-Fi disconnects a lot

We have no issue with the Wi-Fi to our phones, computers, tablets or to the Apple TV box. Would be great if the Wi-Fi didn’t disconnect literally everyday sometimes multiple times a day.

Internet browsing is laggy and challenging to navigate. Moreover, the remote is subpar.
