Looks like a decent TV. This review is specifically for the “Open Box” product. I was a little hesitant to buy an open box product but decided to do it due to the discounted price. I chose the “Excellent” condition, but I would not consider what I received excellent. The TV was NOT in a box at all (wrapped in bubble wrap instead, which is fine I can live that), there was no control remote at all (I had to order one to try to set up the tv before the warranty expired, to see if it actually worked), it came with a (unconveniently short) generic power cord and also the screen has two small red patches when the background is black. So the excellent quality it’s not quite as described. I would not recommend getting an open box product.
