This tv sucks, its interface is slow like really slow and it comes with a remote that doesn't use all of the televisions functions , so you have to buy another " Magic Remote " to use those features. At this point your better off staying out of best buy. The employees are terrible and its next to impossible to find someone to help you that knows anything.

How frustrating is it to upgrade your TV, only to find out the majority of the apps you stream arent available on the upgraded TV?!?! I could understand if they were unpopular apps...but Spectrum?? Come on LG...get with the times!

Don’t buy this TV. It’s slow. Won’t connect to the app that’s specifically for it. Won’t load the home screen when I turn on the tv it just says “no signal”. Very pixilated after only being a little over a month old. Horrible customer service when trying to get ahold of LG, they just push you off. I’m so mad I missed my return window for Best Buy.

This is a nice TV, except less than 6 months after we purchased it, a line started to appear and won't go away. We use the TV daily, but it is not on constantly. We bought 2 of these at the same time and the other TV is not having the same issue, but it sucks because it is past our return period and a pain to go through LG for the warranty.

It’s an average tv. You have to cut the volume up high to hear and the color pixel is not as good as I thought it would be. There’s a lag when using apps.

Between the slower reaction time of the remote and the freeze/glitch of streaming shows, we decided to get a sound bar for our old tv and returned this one since we did not have the same problems on that one. A surprising experience! HOWEVER, The rep that helped us was great. This TV just wasn’t the one for us.

Had this TV for about a year and can't wait for it to die. The display is fine and the price was reasonable but I cannot abide the OS. It is so appallingly bad at managing its resources it takes 5-10 minutes to get any app to run most of the time. This would not be as much of a problem if you could actually turn the stupid thing off and reset its memory. But the only way to get it to remember how to work is by unplugging it and forcing a reset. It'll be many years before LG earns my trust again.

TV operating system is terrible. Half the apps don’t connect (Apple TV being the biggest). I have owned LG TVs for a very long time and unfortunately I think this will be my last. The picture and the sound isn’t the worst but the Operating System really makes this TV not worth buying.
