We purchase this leg TV. Let's just say it was the biggest mistake

The tv itself is fine. The picture is bright, and the color is good. I don’t care for the AI adjustment to ambient light in the room. At times I find it too dark for me, and I have not figured out how to adjust it manually. The main thing I dislike about this model is the remote included. Although voice command is built into this TV, it requires a special “magic” remote, in order to use the voice control. After long and fruitless hours spent with the helpline, during which I was transferred four times, and then disconnected, I used the chat to try and figure out a solution. The person on the end of the chat assured me that I could go to the store and they would exchange the included remote for a magic remote. This I did and it was completely false information. The magic remote can be purchased for $50-$65. It is not included with the purchase of the TV. The manager of the store told me the best thing I could do was to buy a fire stick and use that. The whole reason we bought a new “smart“ TV so we wouldn’t have to mess with streaming devices. We did figure out how to make it work using a fire stick. And after a lot of head scratching and frustration, we figured out how to get our local channels. So I don’t regret this purchase, but it was not what I had hoped for. PS I really HATE the included remote.

great picture and ease to set up and best used with a sound bar. I do not like the remote. getting to the HDMI 1 is awkward. Have not been able to get Amazon Alexa to work, remote has no mike. ordered a magic remote and it has not worked either. no instructions for using the remotes features.

Picture is awesome. User interface sucks. If you plan on being wireless, plan on the TV asking you to connect to the Internet every single time you turn on the TV. Then plan on it backing out of network options and taking you back to LG channels where it tells you to again connect to the Internet to watch TV. Also plan on being extremely frustrated by the buttons on the remote. They are very tiny.

Easy to set up and fits perfectly in my space. As a bonus, there are several LG channels that come with the TV, no antenna or subscription required. Included in these channels are 24/7 Bob Ross and 24/7 Jeopardy with Alex

Picture quality is great. Looked at a few tvs and this had better quality than some more expensive tvs. Sounds is good and very user friendly for myself not being the most tech savvy person. I plan on purchasing another for my garage.

Great quality Screen, picture is great. We had a LG sound bar and it synched up with it without me having to set it up! Remote has a lot on it that I am not a fan of but it's minor!

This LG 65” UHD model has a straightforward setup with excellent step-by-step prompts. Includes many useful features, easy to navigate between. Awesome picture quality and sound, with options to refine for particular room conditions and personal preference. Large enough to get a great viewing experience without overwhelming the room. Very pleased.

Listen. This tv is not a smart tv. It’s Beta . It’s trying to advertise as a smart tv and one of the first to do so “2017”. But it’s not a smart tv. It’s extremely laggy and glitchy. If you understand that before you buy then this tv is amazing. I bought this tv for movies and gaming. It’s huge , loud , nice looking and a great viewing quality . It’s like a movie theater. Buy a Sony for smart tv capability. Buy this one for entertainment. Great tv .

Crystal clear picture and design. We initially went with a Sony but prefer this model.

Everything met expectations! Sound is great as well as picture. It was easy to mount as well.

The tv is amazing, my family and I loved watching our favorite shows. The quality is just incredible, my daughter thinks that is the best tv that we’ve ever purchased, and i think that too. The picture quality is very good, it looks like you’re in the movie, so realistic. We think that the sound quality is very good too, because it has all this different features that you can put on, very cool.

This TV is incredible. I am extremely happy with it. The magic remote is some thing you’ll have to purchase separately but it is worth buying for this incredible TV if you’re a gamer and you’re looking for a TV with no lag and incredible 4K clarity. This is definitely the TV for you. I seriously am blown away with the magic LG remote and the functionality’s that come with it. 10/10
