    Mehhhhh. The apps were super slow, especially the Prime app (which I used most often). Also, most the local channels were not coming through with my antenna. And I know it wasn’t the antenna’s fault because when I replaced this television, it worked perfectly lol. I ended up returning it.

    TV has major clouding issues. Not only is the white clouding around the edges, it is in the center area of the tv as well. Panel doesnt even look like it was layed properly, the frame around the screen seems to be warped as in not flat if you were to run your fingers around the edges. Maybe I got a bad panel im not sure. It also disconnects from the wifi from time to time. Both of these problems I am experiencing I see other reviewers have as well, I will not be buying a LG tv again and will be returning.

    I am done with LG products! This is the only brand of appliance that has broken down in my household. After my LG refrigerator's compressor crashed, I decided no more LG for me. But my daughter convinced me to try the TV because "they have the best picture." Well, I did, and after a month, that picture went dark. We reached out to customer service, and after much troubleshooting, we reset to factory settings, which solved the issue for only two weeks before it happened again. Waiting for customer service to get back to us takes a lifetime! I am so disappointed with LG. I should have listened to my gut.

    BEST BUY ADVERTISED THIS TV WITH A CERTAIN PIC QUALITY AND FEATURES AND COME TO FIND OUT WE ACTUALLY CANT USE THEM UNLESS WE PAY LG AND OTHER APPS TO USE THEM AND THE PIC IS BAD LIKE THE OLD SCHOOL TVS. SO NOW TO USE THE GOOD QUALITY EVERYONE WANTS A MONTHLY FEE, BEST BUY SHOULD ADVERTISE THE QUALITY WE GET FOR FREE PLUS THE FEATURES WE ACTUALLY GET , THIS ADVERTISED VOICE AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF AND YET U DONT GET TO USE TI AS IT DONT COME WITH THE REMOTE FOR IT BUT WHEN U SEARCH WHAT TV HAD IT BEST BUY ADVERTISED IT .     Pretty disappointed, couple groups of what I'm guessing are stuck pixels that appear as red dots on the screen. Reached out to LG product support right away, haven't been able to get anywhere with them. They asked me to do a picture test which I think is something with newer models? This is a 2022 I think, I bought it Super Bowl Sunday, took my time getting it home and set up only to see these 2 red dots once I got it turned on. Guess I should have taken it back off my wall, boxed it back up and brought it back to Best Buy immediately.

    Bought it and came with broken screen. Returned it, and the 2nd unit had burnt out LEDs. Returned it again and went with a different brand TV. However, Best Buy was awesome and the staff were great throughout the entire process.
