Great tv for the price. The picture is crystal clear and the colors are vibrant. It was also very easy to mount and significantly lighter than the flat screen I replaced with it.

I love my new tv. The picture quality is amazing. It’s super thin. I ordered an ultra thin tv mount off of Amazon to hang this tv on. Originally it was in my bedroom and it was a little too big. However when I moved it to my living room it was perfect size. It’s looks amazing. A lot of people think the tv is actually bigger than what it really is. Only thing I would suggest is getting a sound bar. The volume isn’t the best

I love my tv, great size 65", but the remote is the worst, it's not back-lit, I can't use it if the lights are not on.. that's very annoying, no mic and the buttons are too close to each other, also the remote apps is useless, needs to be updated and do update it please, come on now. You ask for a review, now do something with that remote. Thank you.

Size and picture quality are perfect for mounting! Remote allows you save your favorite streaming apps on certain buttons, to have quick access to your favorite streaming apps if they are not already on the remote. No complaints with this brand. Also, the brightness does not fade after years of use which is a plus. Would definitely recommend purchasing this tv.

I’ve had nothing but good and positive things to say about the LG 65 inch smart TV that I bought off of Best Buy they did me good they delivered and everything they helped me and went out of their way to do it. I couldn’t be happier unlike the Samsung TV smart TV that I used to have it was a 58 inch. It broke down on me in less than a year. I’ve had this LG 65 inch smart TV Blackstream Smart TV from Best Buy for over three years now and had have no problems with it whatsoever and I’m looking forward to many years to go.

Great TV! The user interface is really friendly and has everything you can want in a tv. I really enjoyed being able to use the LG app with this tv which allowed for phone mirrororing. I paired this with a Sony soundbar and it was the best pair possible. Picture is great, price is not bad, and overall had a great experience at the store. Thanks Best Buy!

Excellent picture and features for the money. Bought as a gift for parents, which is connected to the reason it didnt get 5 stars: the remote is not exactly intuitive for them. Make of it what you will, I honestly rolled my own eyes a time or two, but there it is. An entirely solid product, if slightly inscrutable to inexperienced seniors.

It's a good TV, especially for the price. The remote that comes with it is fairly disappointing. The TV has a fairly serious lag sometimes. Purchased on March 15 2024 and until today (Oct 21 '24) it worked well enough to overlook the lag. As of today, the TV is extremely slow and sometimes fails to respond unless it's turned off and on again. Even after multiple on/offs today, the TV won't maintain a connection to the wifi. Netflix won't load, Max won't do ANYTHING, the app store crashes every time I open it, etc. Very much disappointing for less than a year of having it. Sound quality is decent, but must be turned up very loud (high 30s) for normal movie volume.

The picture and sound quality is great for the price of this TV. However the processer is slow and the remote control is all over the place. The remote for me has too many buttons and the location of them isn't convenient Its not backlit. So its easy to hit the wrong button and it takes you to another channel.

Had it for roughly a year. It tends to lag a little bit from time to time but it responds well when a bunch of apps aren’t open. We use it all day for streaming movies. I’d buy again for the quality and price.
