Nice Television, clear picture, good sound, nice features, easy to use, wish the button configuration was a little more user friendly on the remote.

Great TV but only 4 stars as it has a delayed response when changing channels or apps and that is aggravating. Great picture n sound!

I’ve always been a Samsung buyer and wanted to try LG because of the deal I got with the tv. So far the tv has been ok. The remote is not the best so without light you have to see what buttons you are pushing. Also sometimes my connection to my wifi lags and it never did that with my Samsung tv.

Bought this tv, because our other that we had for years, gave out. Anyway! I was looking at two other televisions available, but the Best Buy representative recommended and encouraged this one, stating it was better than the other two I was looking at. I took his word for it as the price difference wasn’t too much higher. Horrible mistake. This tv is awful, the speed of the tv is exceptionally slow, like it almost can’t “keep up” with the buttons… settings are not user friendly any way to use them, the Home Screen is a disaster and clustered. The sound, if you don’t have the sound up on at least 50, it isn’t very loud (and I hate loud TVs). The only good thing about this tv is picture in excellent. Otherwise, what a waste of almost $500. I wish I would have went with what I had originally wanted, and not listened to the floor rep. Do not recommend.

Purchased this to upgrade our living room TV (older LG). We've been very happy so far. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is good, but we did pair the TV with a sound bar and subwoofer we already owned. I appreciate that the remote layout is pretty much identical to the older tv. Made the transition easy. Very happy to see all of the apps available on this newer model. The only thing I would change to improve it is to add some lighting to the remote so you can see the buttons in the dark. Very happy overall with this purchase.

An exceptional TV, excellent picture, quality and sound. with sufficient inputs to allow for add-on's, the only reason that it didn't get 5 stars is because some functions that I deem important require a (Magic) remote control which is not included with the TV.

So far so good, picture quality is good. The sound is a bit low but still have to play with the settings and that might change. It is a bit slow transitioning from one operation to another for example when you hit the home button to choose from Netflix or other streaming devices it takes some time.

This TV is GREAT!! We recently switched it from using a Samsung, which had been giving us some weird issues over time. The picture is clear, the ease of use is friendly. Would buy this again!

Great experience so far with this TV, I like that its compatible with my laptop and with other gaming devices. Clear picture and also love the Bluetooth feature since it allows me to use my speaker with the tv speaker for surround sound effects.

Perfect tv, excellent sound, excellent quality, amazing features and easy set up

The picture is beautiful, the sound is alright, the only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is that there is a delay between when you hit the button on the remote and the tv actually responds. Sometimes it’s a second, other times it’s longer. I’ve also had a few occasions where I hit the home button to get back to the Home Screen but it takes me to my hdmi input instead.

Nice TV and worth the low $499 price tag. It's not an OLED or QLED but at $1K less cost, it does fine. If you watch good quality programming the colors are still good. I am happy with this purchase.

This TV is absolutly wonderful. The picture quality is very clear and has many dufferebt settings to enjoy movie night. The alexa remote is a great addition. Ive had this TV for over a year and no problems at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
