I’ve always been a Samsung buyer and wanted to try LG because of the deal I got with the tv. So far the tv has been ok. The remote is not the best so without light you have to see what buttons you are pushing. Also sometimes my connection to my wifi lags and it never did that with my Samsung tv.

Had it for roughly a year. It tends to lag a little bit from time to time but it responds well when a bunch of apps aren’t open. We use it all day for streaming movies. I’d buy again for the quality and price.

So far so good, picture quality is good. The sound is a bit low but still have to play with the settings and that might change. It is a bit slow transitioning from one operation to another for example when you hit the home button to choose from Netflix or other streaming devices it takes some time.

Bought this tv, because our other that we had for years, gave out. Anyway! I was looking at two other televisions available, but the Best Buy representative recommended and encouraged this one, stating it was better than the other two I was looking at.
I took his word for it as the price difference wasn’t too much higher. Horrible mistake. This tv is awful, the speed of the tv is exceptionally slow, like it almost can’t “keep up” with the buttons… settings are not user friendly any way to use them, the Home Screen is a disaster and clustered. The sound, if you don’t have the sound up on at least 50, it isn’t very loud (and I hate loud TVs). The only good thing about this tv is picture in excellent. Otherwise, what a waste of almost $500.
I wish I would have went with what I had originally wanted, and not listened to the floor rep.
Do not recommend.

An exceptional TV, excellent picture, quality and sound. with sufficient inputs to allow for add-on's, the only reason that it didn't get 5 stars is because some functions that I deem important require a (Magic) remote control which is not included with the TV.

The picture is beautiful, the sound is alright, the only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is that there is a delay between when you hit the button on the remote and the tv actually responds. Sometimes it’s a second, other times it’s longer. I’ve also had a few occasions where I hit the home button to get back to the Home Screen but it takes me to my hdmi input instead.

I recently purchased the LG 65" Class TV, and it has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that make every scene come alive. The 4K resolution delivers crystal-clear images, and the HDR capability adds an extra layer of realism.
The smart features are intuitive and easy to navigate, providing seamless access to my favorite streaming services. The sleek design and minimal bezels give it a modern look that fits perfectly in my living room.
The sound quality is impressive for a flat-screen TV, providing a rich and immersive audio experience. Additionally, the setup was straightforward, and the remote is user-friendly.
Overall, the LG 65" Class TV offers an exceptional viewing experience, combining top-notch performance with elegant design. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, the display of this LG TV is nothing short of incredible. The 65-inch screen size provides an immersive experience, making you feel like you're right in the middle of the action. The 4K Ultra HD resolution ensures razor-sharp details, vibrant colors, and stunning contrast, bringing your favorite movies, TV shows, and games to life like never before. Whether you're watching an action-packed blockbuster or a nature documentary, every scene is rendered with astonishing clarity and realism.
One of the standout features of this TV is its support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology. HDR enhances the TV's contrast ratio, enabling it to display a wider range of colors and deeper blacks. The result is a more dynamic and lifelike image with incredible depth. Whether it's the subtle shades in a sunset or the intricate details in darkly lit scenes, the LG UHD 65-inch TV handles it all with finesse.
The smart features of this LG TV are equally impressive. With the built-in webOS platform, accessing your favorite streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, is a breeze. The intuitive interface and quick navigation make it effortless to switch between apps and find the content you want to watch. Additionally, the TV supports voice control, allowing you to control your viewing experience using simple voice commands.

Nice TV and worth the low $499 price tag. It's not an OLED or QLED but at $1K less cost, it does fine. If you watch good quality programming the colors are still good. I am happy with this purchase.

The picture is really great and there wasn’t any problems setting the tv up. There’s only one minor thing…when the screen is black you can see a white light on the borders which you sometimes notice while watching movies. Overall a great TV for the price and I would still recommend it.

We replaced our old 2014 Sony Bravia TV which finally went blank (bought from Best Buy) and recently purchased the LG 65" 4K UHD Smart TV. So far we are very pleased with our purchase and it was at a price our budget could afford.

Great quality. LG does a fantastic job of making a high quality product at an affordable price. I have had the TV for about 3 months and have had zero issues. Setup was very easy and convenient. Amazing TV, and I will definitely be buying LG products in the future
