This tv was a huge upgrade from a 42” Samsung. The quality and sound are way better. The operating system seems a bit slower though. I wanted a budget tv and this was worth it.

Purchased a 65 inch LG on March 17th. It was a good investment beautiful picture. Once you get through all the hassle of setting it up downloading all your apps it’s an awesome TV

this is the same tv I purchased about two years ago and I am very satisfied with this product. The set up and apps already make it a very quick installation. The picture is perfect for the price I paid. I will buy a smaller LG UHD for my bedroom soon.

TV itself is great. Good value for the cost. The only thing I don't care for is the remote. It's exceptionally busy, and the buttons are all crammed in together, so hitting the wrong one is pretty easy. Otherwise, I do really like it.

At first you go from a small tv to geting a big tv and wow everything feels like you are at a movie theater. We love this tv and had no problems with it. The sound is great and the picture is great

Replaced an expensive Sony that died after 4 years with this bargain priced LG. Great picture, easy set up at nearly 1/3 of the cost of my last set.

Overall I like it, not the best TV I have had, the TV randomly disconnects from the wifi several times throughout the day and certain apps you are unable to download on the TV. Also, my tv freezes and runs slow when I click a button on remote to change channel sometimes. Nothing too bad that makes you want to return the TV or anything, Haha. Tv shows really clear though, and sound quality is excellent. & best buy always has best prices and their customer service is great, especially corporate.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase of this tv. Setup was very easy and the picture and sound are very crisp and clear. I would definitely recommend this tv.

It has a wonderful colors but, the problem is about the software its run slow and the remote control isn't the best

Nice size TV & pc monitor. Use it for typing/writing/research due to faltering eye condition. Did not like having to sign multiple Spyware documents to use this device. All extra features require you to surrender your privacy. Notice: DO NOT give this device the password to your home network when first setting it up. The monitor & broadcast TV features work without doing so. The menu is very detailed & somewhat annoying to use but you get used to it. Not for serious gaming due to low to mid range refresh rate.

So far so good. For the price, it's hard to beat these LG TV's. I wish they had more HDMI ports but for the cost I'm not complaining. I'm a huge fan of LG. Overall they've impressed for well over a decade now with their electronics and appliances.

Unfortunately, I stayed with LG because I had one in the past before UPS beoke it shipping here so I thought I upgraded. No this tv wont stay connected to wifi, I have tried almost eveything. Sometimes its good and others not and I dont like that. My other devices have no issues. Called LG ans they gave me another configuration to put in and it workes for hours and dropped again so I have to be inconvenienced and return it. Not to mention the volume does suck on this tv, other then that I actually like the picture quality. I didnt take the tap off the edges so I dont know if its poorly build like others said but yeah in a nutshell something must be wrong because it dosent stay connect to wifi for long.

I really like it. Its big and fit perfectly in my living room.
