    Had to return the first one but the second is working fine. Pucture is great and setup was simple. Remote is a bit convoluted but ok.

    Great product! Our first 'smart' TV and we're glad we upgraded! This LG 65" is loaded with features. Still learning about all the features and have not been disappointed at all! The only slight negative is the remote control is not really laid out to be very intuitive, nor is it backlit. We must keep a light on to be able to see the buttons and you have to constantly be looking to ensure that you're pressing the correct button. But all in all, very satisfied and happy with our new purchase!

    I don’t like this tv. It messes up a lot! I have to call customer service and get them to fix it because it loses WiFi connection and then the tv won’t work. This is the first name brand tv we’ve had and I won’t get another one. We have other TCL tvs and don’t have any problems out of them.
