    I've had this TV for 2 years and is overall a good purchase. The value and picture quality are good. My only knock on it is that the software has a lot of lag, its livable, but jsut annoying. Overall a good purchase.

    This TV is awesome. Great for gaming at 120fps and has so many picture quality settings. Vivid, sounds great, good movies definitely worth it. Not to mention all the sound settings it has. Very good tv ..

    I bought an open-box item. It was a good experience though the TV package I picked up at Best Buy was without remote included. I purchased a magic remote control from Amazon and fixed the problem. The TV has been working as intended since. When looked back the experience, I still feel it a good deal by getting an open-box item.

    A decent panel that displays a nice picture after some calibrating/adjusting. There is a bit of light-bleed along the edges, but its really only noticeable on static screens like menus, and these might be reduced with further adjustments. Overall, probably the best quality & reliability you can get at this price-point.

    The picture quality is wonderful and the service from Best Buy to install was top notch. I prefer the Amazon format tv’s to LG, however. I am worried that this will confuse my nearly 90 year old parents as there are three controls, and the TV always seems to want to steer the user into the LG version of television versus Xfinity. I am hoping it is a Settings issue but it is very inconvenient.

    The picture and quality is great, but I have issues with it disconnecting from the WiFi a lot and it’s the only tv in my house that does that. Randomly it will also just kinda shut off and turn on by itself like it gets frozen.
