Very nice sound, picture and with the Geek Squad providing the set up, everything works correctly as expected! While this TV does not have ALL the latest and greatest technology, it is everything I need and I could not even tell you what difference any additional accronyms might improve. We are very pleased with this purchase!

Streaming apps run slowly on this TV as if there arent enough resources to run them. This TV also frequently disconnects from my WiFi for no reason when all of my Samsung TV’s and mobile devices do not have this issue. The remote must be pointed directly at the TV in order for it to work, while my older Samsung remotes control the TV from anywhere in the room or even outside of it. The software and hardware used in this TV are inferior to my 46” and 55” TV’s from years ago. I will never by an LG TV again. I should have stuck with Samsung as their TV’s perform flawlessly for years and years.

I've had this TV for less than 12 hours and I already hate it. The picture quality is great, sound is great, but I find the interface to be very confusing and difficult to use. The home screen is cluttered with way too much junk and there's no way to get rid of it. There are over 250 LG channels, most of which do not interest us so I spent about an hour setting up 5 different favorite lists thinking that it would then be easy to find the channels we want. Except, after the lists were set up, they were nowhere to be found. I chatted with an online agent who said not to do that because there's no way to find the lists and instead delete the channels I don't want. After spending another 30 minutes deleting over 200 stations, I couldn't find my pared down channel list anywhere. I chatted with another online agent who told me that there was no way to permanently delete the stations and that they would return to the list once the TV was turned off. Well, I never turned the TV off and all the deleted stations were still in the guide. My husband has advanced ALS and I bought this TV as a present for him as watching TV is really the only thing he can still do. He loves baseball but to my dismay, MLBTV isn't available on an LG TV. Had I known that in advance, it would have been a dealbreaker. After over 3 hours trying to set up the TV to make it easier to find our preferred channels, I think I'll buy a Roku stick and bypass the LG interface all together. I can set that up in about 10 minutes and will have access to baseball. I should have just bought the Roku TV like I originally planned but the salesman talked me out of it as he said the LG was better. Hmmm...not so much.

Love the tv it is very clear and bright as far as the service on the day of purchase it was as usual a great experience and the sale associates greeted me and help all the way through my purchase and assisted me with get the tv in my truck 10/10

This has been the best purchase I have made in a long time . I feel I am sitting in a theater. The colors , the sound just great . I am glad I made the move from a 55 inch to the 65 inch . Great price too.

We are delighted with our purchase. For two older people like ourselves, we appreciate being able to see everything so clearly. All of the sporting events are especially better on this TV. We are "Total Tech" members and the service we received was spectacular.

This is a fantastic bargain. The picture quality is good and it's true 4k. I was very surprised to find a tv of this size that's 4k for under $500 but this is actually substantially less. Very satisfied.

The opersating system is slow but picture is nice.

Upgraded from a 43” LG TV to this 65” and the size difference is great. Yes its the more affordable model, but it’s still stellar quality at the price. Love the new UI for the new LG models as well. It’s a great TV, especially for Apple users with the built in Airplay.

Great experience with Best Buy on this purchase. Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and personable. This LG television replaced another older LG product. We are very happy with this new model.
