    Overall, the TV works well and I like the picture + sound and it does everything a TV should. The only exception are the LG apps. They are constantly updating, they are exceptionally laggy, and they freeze and crash. Their utility ranges from irritating to giving up completely and turning the tv off. Not to mention, many of the streaming apps are not user friendly in any way (this may be more of a universal problem). If the apps actually worked, would easily give 4 and probably 5 stars but the apps are borderline unusable. I bought an Apple TV just to avoid them - shouldn't have to spend additional money to use features that come with the tv.

    If the tv you want must have high quality video, fast frame rate, and be a smart tv then this tv is the one. I’ve had this tv for close to 2 years now I’ve never had an issue. The only thing is the speakers, they are very good voice speakers but have low bass. I’d recommend buying a sound bar which just makes this tv so much better
