    Tried purchasing this 65 inch LG TV but somehow at payment se tion it wouldn't finish the tranaction. Called to get help and female was very courteous a but could complete. Next step walj in and purchased TV and your salesman did an excellent job, very courteous, informative and polite.

    Purchased it 11/30/22 and returning it on 12/23/22. The picture and sound are great. The problems are that it takes a long time to load menu or streaming apps and the wireless connection drops several times a day. This is very frustrating. I had no problem with my prior tv in the same space. Very disappointed in this TV.
