Screen issues

Screen easily breaks but not like shattered....you can't tell unless the TV is turned on.

I opened it up and set it up without a hassle. The image quality is really good for what you pay, however my first model had a multitude of dead or shadowy pixels in different clusters on the screen. Best Buy was very helpful in getting a replacement sent out for the first one. The second TV was even worse however, the LED panel was actually separating from the inside of the screen, giving the image a shadowy rippled look. Absolutely atrocious. I can't give this one star, because the image does look really good. You just have to hope you win the panel lottery and get a TV that doesn't have issues.
