    I only returned it because the screen was broken. I called Best Buy and they immediately reschedule to deliver a new TV. They brought it up stairs and took the broken one. I didn’t have to deal with the stress of getting rid of it. Great job Best Buy.

    This TV is incredibly slow and the remote is hard to use. I thought it came with the magic remote.but it doesn't.

    WiFi Randomly Disconnects, Laggy OS

    Let me start by saying that as an AV/IT installer we typically go with LG displays so I have always trusted them and never had any issues with them. But this TV is terrible. About once a week its like it has a bad NIC and randomly looses connection to my wifi. I then need to turn it off and on twice, and sometimes it needs to sit off for 3 minutes to even automatically connect back to the wifi. This is soley the tv and not my wifi being the issue. Also the OS is EXTREMELY LAGGY. Even changing the volume it lags, navigating through apps, channels, searching for things. Literally everything. I should have went with a Sony. Picture is good otherwise but that is it.

    This would be a nice tv if it didn’t constantly disconnect from the WiFi. We have starlink and this is the only device on our network that does this. Also certain shows are very dark and blurry no matter how much we customize the settings.
