    TV it is wonderful. The Bluetooth connection it super fast, and also when I use my headphones . I love to watch movies and all my games. Great

    Love this TV, it really makes streaming easier and I’m a gamer and I love the way it gives me the option to switch to gaming mode

    For how much it cost, this was a good deal. Definitely not as smooth and user friendly as the main TV, but this is great for the kids in the basement.

    This TV is awful! It is slow to respond to ALL remote inputs. Every app is slow to start. The TV cost $500 and they did not include a smart remote. I connected an antenna and it did not connect to all the channels I needed. When I connected the same antenna to my $100 TV, I got all the channels. If anything could fail, this TV has done it.

    The TV clarity is good and it comes with a lot of modern technological features. The only issues i have had is the speed. The remote seems to take a second to connect with the TV. When I try and switch between apps or pause the tv there is a delay. Overall, I would recommend this TV for the price.

    Love everything so far about this TV with one MAJOR flaw...there is NO WEBOS ESPN app...so you either need to get another streaming device, or cast it from your phone. Very disappointed to learn this. Will not be buying another LG product until ESPN fixes this.

    The TV picture is goo but the sound quality is poor and the navigation through the settings apps etc is difficult.

    We walked into Best Buy looking for a Tv not knowing what we wanted. After looking over their selection, we choose this one. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and we are very pleased with the Tv we chose.

    Love overall - problem for me is grid is hard to read with small print and if you schedule a program the TV will just turn on - even if you're not home.

    I knew what I wanted to spend and what brands I did not want. I like the TV, could do without all the 'smart' crap, but the Open Box Best Buy outlet fit my parameters.

    Overall decent, only thing that irks me is the fact that the UI is quite slow when making any movements using the remote and apps take a while to load.

    Perfect size (65") for my dining area, LG was simple to navigate after network setup, would highly recommend. Best Buy installers were quick, done within 45 min.

    The box showed a serious impact mark from shipping. This was the only one in the store and I accepted it after the Geek Squad tested and determined "undamaged". Picture quality sub par; pixelated in lower portion of screen and the wireless would not stay connected (located 4 feet from router) while every other device in the house would hold that connection. The remote is just too cumbersome to learn. Best Buy replaced with Samsung. LG poor; Best Buy treated me well.
