Very pleased with my purchase. Appreciated the salesman. for explaining why buying a little more expensive TV, would be better than the holiday promotional products. Appreciated his time and effort.

Great product My wife’s bedroom tv screen got a cracked screen from moving, I knew she was unhappy so with fast thinking we headed down to Best Buy and bought a new tv and I ended up with a happy wife!!!! Lol

TV works. Lots of App updates though. The OS tends to lag a bit, but for my use case of Netflix and Youtube, the usage is good.

Not completely happy. TV is almost too technical for me. I like to turn it on and it’s ready to go. This one you turn it on and still have to push buttons to get what you want.

Excellent TV for the price. Comes with the Magic remote which is a bonus.

I wanted a bigger TV for the living room and bought this slightly on sale around Black Friday. It looked good in the store and I asked a million questions...However, 2 things: the picture is not that great. There are a number of settings but none look nearly as good as my Sony. Also I hate the interface-there is always an arrow flying around the screen and it's sometimes hard to find what you want plus it is slow to load. Hate is a strong word but I wish I had bought a Sony or Samsung.....

This has been a great TV and is faster than the TCL it replaced going through the menus and startup and such too.

Worst tv I have ever purchased. Bought 2 lg TVs within a month based on great reviews left only to find out they are brutal. Operating systems are slow and laggy. Lg login is rough. Both TVs experienced issues within months of purchasing. No audio, no picture or both. Lg customer service is no help. Hours on the phone to resolve issues on both. When that didn’t work it would take months for a tech to come out and work on warranty work. Still having issues regardless of services rendered and TVs basically being rebuilt from inside. Will not do anything else for me

Great tv. The remote is a little difficult to get used to but works well.

The TV was a good value for the price but the user interface is not that easy to use. Every time you turn it off it reverts back to a menu that requires you fumble with the remote to get back to the input you were on. The on board apps are not nearly as easy to use as Roku so we abandoned them and want to a Roku for our streaming needs.

This t.v. is crisp and clear and works great. It was very easy to install.

Always a big fan of LG TVs, they seem to last much longer with the same excellent quality than other brands I have used in the past.

Everything about this unit is excellent but navigating the remote is difficult.

The controls can sometimes be confusing, and integration with non-lg sounbar is not perfect. Works well for what it is however.
