    Screen went out after 5 months been hard to get new one even though under warranty a screen should not fail after 5 months

    The tv screen would go black a few seconds and then turn on. I tried reset and new hdmi cords, none of which helped fix the issue. Thank goodness it was still returnable.

    By far the worst tv I have ever owned. Can never stay connected to wifi and I have to plug and unplug it to get Netflix or another streaming service to load

    Backlight bleed is distracting!

    I gave LG a shot and regret it. The backlight bleed on this is horrible. Just spend the money on a OLED.

    Love new LG tv

    We have always had an LG tv so in Sept we decided to upgrafe our 5 yr old LG. We originally purchased a Sony and after a month we had no picture and sound. We went back to store after not having a tv for 2 weeks as Sony plays the send me pictures it will take time to get to you. Lucky for us the store manager (SUPER GREAT) completely understood our frustration and set up a pick up to return the Sony and that day we purchased this LG and so far its great. We have had issues with buffering and my husband hardwired it still does it. Other thing were not a fan of is the remote with the mouse very annoying feature. But we have great picture and sound and very happy with the tv so far only being a week old

    We had our tv mounted on the wall because it didn’t seem sturdy on tv console. Couldn’t be happier with the size, clarity of the picture, and ease of operation .
