Love new LG tv

We originally purchased a Sony and after a month we had no picture and sound. We went back to store after not having a tv for 2 weeks as Sony plays the send me pictures it will take time to get to you. Lucky for us the store manager (SUPER GREAT) completely understood our frustration and set up a pick up to return the Sony and that day we purchased this LG and so far its great. We have had issues with buffering and my husband hardwired it still does it. Other thing were not a fan of is the remote with the mouse very annoying feature. But we have great picture and sound and very happy with the tv so far only being a week old
