I purchased this online to pick up in store. When I picked it up, it had no box and was wrapped in bubble wrap. When I set it up at home, everything looked fine and the tv worked, but it didn't come with the legs. On the best buy website, "open box-excellent" states that the product will come will all original accessories, or a suitable replacement. I called best buy multiple times to get legs, but I was told my only option was to return it. I didn't want to return it because it worked perfectly, so I just went and purchased a tv stand. I would not recommend buying an used best buy product online.
