Dead pixels within a week of purchase

I purchased this TV on 5/6 and had roughly one week of use before I had a green bar of stuck pixels appear near the center of the display. I had thrown away the box already and did not realize that Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (which I found out when researching my options on 5/21). Overall frustrated with the post order service experience with Best Buy and extremely disappointed in the product from LG.

Bad experience ever..issue on the screen just two months after purchasing it..Best Buy said that are not responsible for that..contacted LG just by email..nothing resolved like they push you to forget about it..

The sound and picture are amazing. However, it does buffer a lot which drives me crazy! I'm disabled so it's my husband who has to get on the floor to unplug it from behind the TV stand so it resets. I love that it comes preloaded with netflix, disney plus, etc. and we don't have to have a separate device and remote to do everything! The sound and picture are amazing. Built in web browser, loaded with apps. Love the cursor motion on the remote and the scrolling ball.

It’s a nice tv to have in a medium sized living room. The display is good, remote is convenient with the scroll and point feature. The only disappointment is that it’s a tad slow - don’t know if it’s the software or the tv itself - it takes time to turn on. I installed the latest software update but that didn’t reaolve the issue. Will be waiting for this to be taken care of in the next update.

Good product great price nice picture new technology it’s cool looks great n game some new features makes this TV runs smoothly and easy to access its functions still a little heavy but overall a great tv the family are enjoying it thinking about buying 2 more for kid’s rooms this holiday this was definitely a great buy bought my tv n store and looked at a few models store rep was good seen at least 3 tvs sale while I was there

Love the TV, The price was right. Overall quality is amazing, one of the best smart tv’s I have purchased. Can use my phone as a remote, makes life 10x easier. Very easy to setup and picture quality is just 10/10. Would definitely recommend this TV to a family or friend.

The image on the tv is great. Nice and bright which is awesome and the mouse style remote is awesome. However one thing that is horrible is the speed. The TV can take FOREVER to respond to hitting the home button or loading an app.

This is the first LG TV we've ever bought, but we have been pleasantly surprised by this product. The imagery is contrasting, the available apps are significant, it is an easy product to learn, and it was well priced. The only drawback has been the wheel in the remote, which sometimes makes it difficult to choose items.

I feel like the tv is a little slow and switching between apps or getting into one when I turn on the tv, it feels like it takes forever. Good picture for the most part. I like the cursor on the remote

This TV was very easy to set up and made an excellent Christmas Gift for my mom. While I think the picture could be better she says it's perfect. What I do find perfect is the sound. It's rich and filled her living room evenly. I don't think I could've done any better at this price point.
