    For the price it's okay. You get what you pay for . There is an issue when the picture has black along the edges like most movies, there's shadow whites. I won't buy it again. Only convenient thing is the remote on my galaxy if we misplaced remote!

    perfect Hey you guys sent me a TV with a perfect black matte covering problem is that this TV has never had audio plus it has never had vision but you delivered in a styrofoam boxes and cardboard boxes and when I alerted customer service they said I don't get my money back. It even came in a heavy vehicle and I don't mean a box truck a heavier one. When you turn it on it shows a hot white circle like it was hit by lightning (crackled) for a second or two. You can't hear it and you can't see anything but the black screen. And you people say I can not get my money back and you aint' gonna to replace it. And the MFrg says they can fix it for more money. But I ain't bought no used TV this was a new TV. Do you people Understand me... I am unhappy and I this Best buy will be closing soon..Halllleljia You sell broken used and bad products and service after the sale is non-existing. Worthless TV from the jump. Pict qualty, Sound and screen always black.

    LG Warranty S*cks! Poor Customer Service

    I purchased this TV on April 2025. One day I've noticed vertical lines on the screen but screen is intact like no scratch, cracks... nothing!!! Look closely to the TV if there's physical damage... NONE! LG representatives were saying it is a physical damage and not going to be covered under the warrant. I called an authorized dealer and they refused to repair because it will be expensive.

      First, please check that your TV’s firmware is up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause display issues. To update: press the Settings button on your remote, go to All Settings > Support > Software Update, and select Check for Updates. If a newer version is available, follow the prompts to install it, then restart the TV and see if the vertical lines persist.

      If the firmware is current, try a factory reset to rule out any software glitches. To do this, press Settings, choose All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings, and enter your PIN (default is 0000). After the reset completes, set up your TV again and check if the vertical lines remain when viewing different inputs and channels.

      Next, inspect your input connections—loose or damaged HDMI cables can sometimes create vertical artifacts. Power off the TV, unplug each HDMI or component cable, then firmly reseat them into both the TV and source device (cable box, streaming player, etc.). Turn the TV back on and switch through inputs to see if the lines disappear.

    Do NOT order over the phone. The person I talked to did not add his name to the ticket. The next day, I got alerts that someone in New York was using my card. I had the card in Florida. Wonder how they got my cc number so fast? Not happy with him.

    It’s too soon to review this item. The tv came out of the box with a cracked screen. Waiting for Best Buy to get me a full replacement, which they are working on.

      If you're trying to access local news or over-the-air channels, please note that a digital UHD antenna is required to receive local broadcasts. Once the antenna is connected to the "UHD TV" port on the back of your TV, follow these steps:

      Press the Settings button on your LG remote and select All Settings.

      Navigate to General > Channels > Channel Tuning.

      Choose Auto Tuning and then select Start.

      After the scan completes, select End and review the channel list.

      If you're still missing channels, you may also try Manual Tuning by searching for specific channels based on their number and signal type.

      Keep in mind that the strength and quality of your signal may vary depending on your location and antenna position. We recommend adjusting the antenna if the signal is below 80% for optimal results.

    This is our 2nd LG TV. The first lasted a little over 10 years and we had no issues or problems with it. This 65” has a beautiful picture; perfect for the placement in our room. We had it delivered but did the setup ourselves and it was easy. It is sitting on a piece of furniture; we would not have attempted to hang this ourselves as we both have back issues. The price was great!

    I like the picture but as others have said the remote and main screen are less than desirable. My previous TV was the android tv and the interface was much better both with screen and the remote. I didn't think it would bother me as much as it does.

    Had it since late November. East set up, works as expected. Although I have not used the free channels that come along with the TV it looks like they have a solid selection, displays that they have College Football Playoff games and popular tv shows as well. I primarily use it for gaming/streaming shows and the picture is crisp and clear. I am not a hardcore gamer so it more than fits my needs. Plenty of options for picture and audio. All around good purchase especially for the price.

    Good TV for the money. Bought this for my mother-in-law. She loves it. Wouldn’t appreciate an OLED. LG got this one right for a fair price. Looks good out of the box. Easy to wall mount. Sound is also decent, but hooked up a soundbar anyway. They play well together.
