    Had Geek Squad come and installed on wall. It has picture perfect colors. Was easy to install my paid apps.

    Solid buy for price point. Really like the AI optimization feature for gaming. Good value is this price point and for the couple extra bucks a much better TV then the UT70 model

    Very happy and pleased with the TV and mounting of it. However, the screen was showing a couple red dots during certain programs or lighting. So may replace but still getting same product!

    Purchased this TV as a Christmas gift for my 73 year old mother on December 21, however because her room wasn't done getting renovated we did not open it until just a few days ago on January 16, I plugged the TV up just to get colors throughout the screen because there was some type of hairlin crach somewhere on the TV. I called customer service and explained what the issue was and the agent said I'm outside the exchange or return window but I can go to a Best Buy location since I had a protection plan to exchange it. Everyone I know with a truck was working so I had to rent a Uhaul truck to go to Best Buy that was 30 minutes away, just for the manager to say they could not do anything to resolve the issue and the protection plan will not cover it, he also stated I could call LG which I did and same thing no assistance. Between customer service giving me false info when I first called and spending 2 hours trying to get the issue resolved in the store, I ended up habing to spend $629 to buy my Mom another TV and also had to pay $74 for the Uhaul. This will be my last purchase with Best Buy, the worst experience EVER. If I would've had time I would have purchased the second TV elsewhere but because of time and the fact I seen the hurt in my mother face I just got it since I was there. $519 just gone down the drain

    Very disappointed in the tv and the service from bestbuy and LG. Got the TV and insurance but was denied help when I reported a line in the screen. Tried to take it back to the store and was refused, tried to go thru LG and was refused. Now I have a tv with a line in the screen. It’s not a physical scratch. Just a bluish curved line in the upper left portion that shows in any light colored background. The bestbuy person that help me load it in my truck laid it in the truck with the screen facing down.

      A bluish curved line on the screen that appears across light backgrounds may indicate a panel or internal display issue, possibly caused by pressure applied during transport or handling. Although it may not be a physical scratch, the display could have been affected if the screen was laid face down without proper support.

    I purchased for a gift for my son. When I gave it to him the TV was damaged right out of box. It had a point of impact on top right side. I immediately contacted Best Buy, they said it was 1 day over return period and could not do anything about it.

    Really solid TV for the price. The picture quality is sharp and bright, and the Roku interface is super easy to use. Setup took only a few minutes. The speakers are decent but definitely better with a soundbar. Overall, great value for a 65-inch TV if you just want something big, simple, and reliable
