I purchased for a gift for my son. When I gave it to him the TV was damaged right out of box. It had a point of impact on top right side. I immediately contacted Best
Buy, they said it was 1 day over return period and could not do anything about it.

Really solid TV for the price. The picture quality is sharp and bright, and the Roku interface is super easy to use. Setup took only a few minutes. The speakers are decent but definitely better with a soundbar. Overall, great value for a 65-inch TV if you just want something big, simple, and reliable

For pure functionality, the TV works great. Picture is great for the price, the upscaling is nice, and it works great with my console.
Here is where I have issues with the TV.
- The menu and software is noticably laggy.
When I navigate through the menu it feels like it takes a bit to register inputs on the remote. I'm not sure if the included remote is just bad or if the software is just laggy.
- The sound is kind of inconsistent
When I'm watching something on Max it seems like I need to turn the volume up to 12 but when I play on my Xbox it's set to 8
- The remote is kind of bad
I feel like the included remote is worse than the one I have for the 1080p Vizio in my bedroom. Buttons are super mushy. And take a surprising amount of force to push in.

This LG UHD is quite impressive;
1) lightweight so wall mounting is a breeze for this 70+ year old,
2) plug it in and it’s ready to accept my Dish receiver, AppleTV, and didn’t need my Fire stick, Chromecast, Hulu, etc. This model is really SMART!!
3) the rest of the set up is VERY EASY.
4) picture quality is outstanding!! well, close enough to my other OLED (which is more expensive).
The remote control looks outdated for this TV model.

Beautiful TV! We had an LG before and loved the picture quality and this one is even better!! Only drawback is that the apps take a while to load or update! It would be nice if they had the apps update automatically in the background.

This LG UHD TV completely transformed our living room. The picture is incredibly sharp, with vibrant colors and deep contrast — perfect for movie nights and gaming. Even standard HD content looks noticeably better thanks to the upscaling.
The interface is fast and easy to use. I love how quickly I can access Netflix, YouTube, and other apps with no lag. The remote is intuitive, and the built-in sound is surprisingly powerful — we haven’t even needed a soundbar yet.
This TV looks sleek, performs great, and feels like a premium upgrade without breaking the bank. I would absolutely buy it again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality and style in one package!

I wanted to upgrade my 10-year-old TV. So at first I bought a high-end TCL for about $1,000. It was a qled. I had nothing but trouble with it due to I have a traumatic brain injury so I have issues with motion. Is what I had to turn off the motion enhancements because they were making me really sick. Also the Dolby vision AI no matter what setting I put it on dark mode light mode. It kept making me very sick so I couldn't watch anything done in Dolby vision. On top of that, the TV no matter what I did kept having motion blur. So I decided to try this LG TV without all the fancy bells and whistles and so far I have not got sick. I haven't had to change any of the features as a beautiful picture. The only thing is the colors aren't as vibrant as a qled. I was going to try an LG OLED TV, but I'm afraid that it may make me sick like the qled. I do not use the built-in LG software. I bypassed everything did not make an account because I prefer Google TV or using my Xbox to watch TV. By using the Google TV, I still have voice commands so I'm able to find content much easier. Tv is a really good price for what you get for a 65-in TV. I would recommend this TV to anyone who has motion issues. I play Nintendo switch and Xbox series x on it and they both look beautiful and I have not had any screen blur or any issues at all. I do not use the speakers on the TV due to I have a Onkyo receiver with 7.2 surround sound so I have no use for TV speakers.

This TV is good for its price. The screen and sound is nice for movies and games. It's not the fastest TV in terms of loading apps but hey, what do you expect. And the remote, it's the bad thing. I wish it's LG's magic remote. But overall for the value, it's okay.
