    This was my first time purchasing a washer and dryer as I just moved into my first house. The sales representative at the Best Buy location I went to was very knowledgeable and helpful (that's rare these days as the sales reps I've previously incurred are just there to ring up products). Had to read the manual to work the dryer because it's fancier than what I'm used to but I don't have any complaints!

    Purchased it on Black Friday but wanted the delivery in March, sales person told me to do partial payment to hold the price but unfortunately model I book was discontinued to settled down on this model and took delivery after paying full price in March 2016.

    I bought this after my dryer of 10 years decided to give up. This dryer has a great feature set and provides tons of options. It runs quiet and has a good capacity. Please note, The "normal" dry cycle can leave heavier items (jeans) slightly damp. Additionally, I found the end of cycle chime to be fairly quiet and difficult to hear from my basement.

    Very easy to use. The controls on the panel are easy to read and easy to reach. My wife likes the pleasant "end of cycle" song over the old, harsh buzzers of the past. The price was great for a dryer of this size and quality.
