I really like this dryer, it is quiet, easy to use the touch screen options. So far I have found that the already programmed options are all I need.

Awesome dryer it is a great LG product so quiet and quick with plenty of program options and Best Buy did a great job delivering it and installing it.

This dryer is quiet and it's easy to enter the settings. I do miss, from my old dryer, the door opening down instead of opening to the side.

We purchased this on a price match deal, that was honored. I like that the controls are in the front. Because I keep my detergents on top of the dryer, I often couldn't reach my controls in the back. I have used the energy efficency on small and large loads, and not had any problems yet. All loads have been dry. The drum seems much larger than expected. And it is noticably quieter. You can hear it in our laundry room but not in the room next to it. My old dryer I could hear all over the house.

I am very pleased with this LG washer. It is very easy to operate and does a great job cleaning the clothes.

This dryer works great. It dries everything completely and also has custom settings that you can program. I love it.

We have had this for a little over a month with no problems. We bought it because the reviews we saw said that it was reliable and quiet. It is very simple to use, dries the loads quickly, and is EXTREMELY quiet. A huge improvement over our Whirlpool! David and David had it installed in minutes, answered all of our questions, and made suggestions for avoiding maintenance problems. We couldn't be happier with this machine and the delivery and installation service.

This machine is very easy to use and has many features and setting choices. I would highly recommend it.

If drying time is important this one is very quick. I usually have dry clothes before it's companion washer is done. Only 4 stars because the controls are a little obnoxious. It automatically puts it on high temperature dry when I choose timed drying and changes it when I change the time. Also the "normal" dry level usually has a few items still damp. I think they need to adjust the moisture sensing controls. If I put it on "more" dry it's just right though. I love being able to adjust the moisture sensing because I have a few clothes that are better to take out with a little moisture left.

Can’t believe how well this dries our cloths. Extremely happy with this choice. It’s so quite.

I love how quiet it is and it’s very easy to work. A feature to hook to your phone for diagnostic reasons were implied but are not fully functional with IOS devices (Apple).
