I love this dryer it works well and has very large capacity and extremely quiet

I had a 30 year old Maytag that was still chugging along, but took way too long to dry clothes. Now, instead of waiting on the dryer to finish, the Tide has turned. It helps that the companion washer presents the dryer with much drier clothes to begin with, but it is still amazing how quickly and how nicely this dryer does its job. The one con: the ditty it plays when finished. It get into your head.

The dryer does not over dry the clothes. Everything is wrinkle free. The dryer is perfect for any type of material type. I love all the setting selections too. The dryer is also very simple to use. My husband said this dryer is the easiest machine he has ever operated.

Quiet, efficient and reasonably priced. I would buy two if I had room.

Gave it a 3 since I'm disappointed so far. Kept stopping every ten minutes for the first few loads indicating the vent system was plugged which it wasn't since everything was new. I think someone else had this machine(yuck) since there was bright turquoise lint in the filter when I cleaned it after my first load of clothes that were light colored. You cannot change any of the preset options on the sensor modes such as heat and time and the timer keeps adding time so it's impossible to plan when laundry will be dry. My dryer is in the basement and I wish the signal on high could actually be heard but it's very quiet even when I'm beside it. I'm guessing I will be using the timed drying where I can choose the temp and time and know when the cycle will be completed and won't have to make so many wasted trips to the basement. Also I don't think the wrinkle guard is very effective since there's too much time between tumbling and it tumbles for such a short time. Wish I could have found a more basic less expensive dryer that had a drum at least as big as this one. These new machines have too many gimmicks that aren't necessary or useful and just drive up the price. Hope I change my mind after using it more but not happy with it yet.

Dryer is adequate. Indeed, it is easy to use and dries, for the most part, well. Main complete is that large items like bed sheets get wrapped up in each other, the center of which is wet, though outer is dry. We are still in the learning curve, hoping drying is more efficient as we continue to get used to dryers abilities. This is a very inexpensive dryer, and thus, you get what you pay for.

I am really very Happy with my dryer. It was not my first choice but the space I have was too small. Boy am I glad it was because not only was it less money it provides me with all the features I would ever use. It dries very nicely with a large variety of settings. Things always have a way of working out for the best and I am a happy camper.

LG is a great choice in appliances. Great price and this system is loaded with features and drying times greatly increased. Huge internal space.
