I wasn't aware of how much space the exhaust pipe requires when I ordered it. This machine never over dries anything and politely lets you know when it's done. It gets a little salty when you take things out before the cycle is finished because it's letting you know things aren't ready yet. I like a little sass in my appliances. Our electric bill has gone down despite my roommate constantly doing laundry.

From the easy, not overly complicated display to the easy to change lint trap to the cute little tune that plays when a cycle finishes to the clean look of the unit spells perfection. We have only had the unit about a month, the first time in many years our washer and dryer have matched. Last year we replaced an aging washer with the matching LG, no impeller unit, that has been rock solid. So when it came time for the dryer there was no decision on brand, we were sold on Lucky Gold-Star.
