Very impressed. Good capacity. Dries great -and fast compared to my old dryer. Best Buy was awesome to deal with and - the best part - they have their own employees doing delivery and set up, unlike Home Depot and Lowes. Would defiinitely buy our next appliance at Best Buy.

This is a very large dryer, great and easy to use. We are a family of 5, with 4 teenagers in the house, and it handles the tons of loads of laundry we do a week very well so far. I love the touch features of it, but don't like that you can't customize the settings if you choose one of the pre-selected ones.d

The price was right, it dries great, but the control panel is almost impossible to read until I lean over the top to get close. And I don’t know why I can’t set the temp to high for normal dry. Other than those two things, I would give it five stars.

Matching set. I had to read the instructions several times. But it’s really simple to use. Sometimes the clothes are dry before it goes off. That’s a great thing for me. It hold lots of clothing. The push buttons are a first for me and I like that very much. It helps that I got an even greater discount.

Great dryer, LG Smart ThinQ is a added bonus if you even need to diagnose any issues. Simple controls, easy to use, you can switch the doors from opening left or right, pretty quite dryer. White gloss color is nice, will not turn tint yellow after multi drys. Wish you could customize the chime when it’s done dryer. Would buy again.

This dryer is amazing for the price that is put on it. It is easy to use and understand. I haven’t had any problems with my dryer other than every once in awhile having to run a heavy blanket and extra time. It works great and does it all in sensible time. The dryer is also very quiet which is great.

My 25 year old dryer needed to be replaced and I was happy to find this LG model. It has a huge capacity and I especially like the temperature option of low, medium and high and the cycle for bedding and heavy items. This dryer gives me much more control to avoid shrinkage and even has a damp dry setting which is great for table linens. At the same time I bought the top loading LG washer with no agitator which is also a wonderful machine. Though the control panels looks daunting, the Best Buy installer gave me a five minute tutorial for the machines and I was ready to do the laundry. I'm glad I chose Best Buy as they were able to deliver the machines in just a few days vs the weeks I would have to wait for delivery from other stores. Best Buy's sale prices were also comparable and they offered free delivery. I am very happy with my selection and the end of cycle chime is delightful.

After a lot of research I decided on this particular LG Electric Dryer! I LOVE IT! It runs quietly, has a large capacity drum, has many drying choices, and plays a soft melody when the load is finished drying as opposed to the loud buzzer sound I previously had.

Love the capacity and the settings for our small gym loads and our comforters. Easy to use, easy to see everything, have had for one year and had ZERO issues. VERY pleased with this dryer

Very good dryer with good capacity and easy to use. It would be nice if it had a window in the door, and a steam feature for wrinkled closes. It would also be good to have better information on the various settings on this dryer.

This dryer is quiet and dries clothes and bedding without tangles and twisting - meaning more wrinkle free. It pairs well with the washer. The only reason it doesn't get a 5-star rating is because there is no light inside.

Dryer is very quiet and works really well. Has a good warranty and an even better warranty if you purchase the extended warranty through Best Buy. A bit expensive but works and looks great. You must purchase a cord which just adds to the cost.

Dryer is great. The sensor is great and works really well for all size loads. Biggest challenge during install was getting a cable and safety clamp to fit in a tight fitting area: look for a power cord w/ the smallest clamp possible.

We purchased this particular dryer as part of a matching set with the LG top loading washer. It is fine, but I wish..... 1. I wish it had a light inside. Thankfully my space is well lighted. If yours isn't, consider a different dryer. 2. I wish the "Normal" setting actually dried the clothes. There definitely has been a learning curve to this dryer. Permanent Press works fine. 3. I wish it had a pull down shelf style door so socks and stuff wouldn't leap out and land on the floor. I must always keep a laundry basket under the opening. Another learning curve. So, in sum, it dries the clothes but is not my favorite appliance ever.

I always buy from Best Buy. They stand behind their products and, although I had to drive a long distance to pick up this dryer, it was well worth it. I could have had it shipped to me in a relatively short period of time, but my "old" dryer had stopped working, and with a family of five, I needed a dryer fast! I love this dryer; it is relatively simple but can do almost anything (including "Refresh"). I like the tones it plays when finished - not that annoying buzz some dryers play. The dryer is very quiet while working and the lint filter is easy to get to. I recommend it (and Best Buy) highly!

I replaced my 25 year old Kenmore washer/dryer and hope this LG stands the test of time for 25 years! Dryer fits comfortably next to the companion washer with extra room. It's quiet and efficient. Settings are easy to read and use. Dryer can be set for under 30 minutes or longer. The door opens in the front from left to right so keep that in mind if your left handed or placement of dryer. Vent is inside the dryer door opening which is cleaner than having it on the top as my old dryer did. I gave this a 4 star because I don't like the alarms on any of the new products and there doesn't seem to be a way to disengage the alarm, which sound like Anchors Away, I don't need my appliances singing to me!

A great dryer and easy to use. My only complaint (and it's definitely an extremely minor one) is that there is no light when you open the dryer door (but I can easily live with that).

We are very happy with this dryer. It seems much more efficient than the one we replaced. It is very easy to use. We were pleased to be able to replace, have delivered and installed so quickly.

I love my new LG dryer! It has a large capacity, easy to use, and dries well. It automatically sets the temperature and spin cycle for the type of load you select, but it allows you to make your own choices as well.
