    Very good dryer, good Quality and a great family size for a dryer. The washer was great too and work smoothly. The customer service was great, the agent took his time to work with me and explained to me all the features. I will go back for other stuff when I need to.

    I think the dryer takes too long to dry thoroughly. Many times I have to put on for additional minutes to dry. Also....what disturbs and worries me is that after the dryer completes its cycle and towards the end; the floor seems damp. looked many times for leak. none found. but feel like heat output causes major dampness somehow. ?????

    Works great, unit feels like a solid unit. Delivery was not desired- came at 11:30 pm. Was not happy about that at all.

    Really awesome dryer - we had one error code with overheating, but it may have been due to a hot day - second floor level issue. No problems other than that!

    We bought this along with it’s accompanying washing machine, but, in order to get fabrics relatively unwrinkled, one wash load morphs into 2 or 3 dryer loads. Extremely counterproductive.

    This LG dryer was on sale at Best Buy for Black Friday. They had the best sale. I gave it four star because I haven’t received the product yet but once I do, I will update my review.
