Very respectful, and efficient. They even called to see if they could service me today instead of tomorrow. This worked out great for me. They rock!

I was very excited to get my new dryer, but this dryer takes just as long if not longer to dry a load. I have done smaller loads but I have a big family with a lot of clothes. The positives qualities are, It looks really nice on the outside and it is also very quiet.

It completely shatter that belief. This dryer is awesome.

We love the moisture sensor which helps conserve electricity by stopping after it determines the clothes are dry. Would highly recommend this LG dryer!

I feel it was the sister dryer to my washer; but my washer can wash more items than I can put into here; so I can't fill my washer or my dryer is overloaded. Time choices are only 20; 40; 60

The Delicate cycle doesn’t provide much heat at all. And the Regular cycle doesn’t always dry my clothes completely and I don’t put in any huge loads, just small to regular size loads. ALSO DELIVERY WAS SERIOUSLY LACKING. The salesman told me that the delivery guys would reverse my dryer door. They tried and said it takes a special tool and if I don’t have the special BEST BUY program that it would be &75 to have a service call the reverse the dryer door. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BEST BUY.
