So far so great. This is our first experience with an LG appliance, but from what I understand, they are a good brand, which is why we chose this range. The range was lighter than our previous double oven that we were replacing it with... which had me concerned at first. But it really works great and cooks food much faster then our old one! I did read some comments in the review previously about accidentally turning on the burners when bumping into them. Which does happen I can testify. But the stove makes sound everytime you turn them on so it is easily identifiable.

Pretty good quality with smart features. Bestbuy had me going in circles trying to get it replaced because of a dent, but it worked out in the end.

Great range. Love the double oven but a slight learning curve with the burners which after I consulted the manual should not have been an issue. There are small circles on the knobs that correspond with the burners with multiple heating elements. Ovens heat up fast. Only 4 stars because I haven't tried the air fry feature as yet. I would have done so if the unit came with an air fry basket.

Having two ovens is super cool and useful but a big down fall IMP is that the one that does the most options like air fry is on the bottom oven not the top. Also another thing that is hard to get used to is the controls. At first its all overwhelming but with time it becomes easier. Other than that it has been great over the past couple months of use.

So far i enjoy my oven(ive had it about 1 week). I love having two ovens with seperate doors so that way if i want the bottom one i dont have to let the heat out of the top to get to the bottom. It is a learning curve from my last oven but this one has an app that also works with my LG washer and dryer.

Run!!! Do not purchase this piece of garbage. Originally purchased the old model in April 2024. Had it for less than 4 months and the Ultra Hear burner would get dangerously hot on a level 1 and burn anything that you put on it. LG would not come out to repair so finally Best Buy agreed to replace it but this time with the newer version. So I get the new one delivered August 30, 2024. Here we are again and the new one is less than 4 months old and the same burner is doing the same thing! My kitchen was up in smoke on a level 1 on that burner. Once again LG customer service is WORTHLESS. If LG and/or Best Buy do not replace or refund this, I will absolutely be taking further action against them for this dangerous range that clearly has an issue. It is all over forums that this is a known issue with this burner and LG refuses to acknowledge it. Run far away and DO NOT purchase this expensive piece of garbage unless you want to burn your house down!

Love love love the dual oven option without needing the full size. Can actually have people over for dinner and not feel the need to make sure everything bakes at the same temp, also so much easier for baking. The top oven does cook fast and the bottom slow, but its a nice trade off.

Very stylish and interesting features. Bought for an upscale rental condo to replace broken stove and the tenant was thrilled! Looking forward to hearing how she loves it! Tested out and all seemed to best to quickly! Best Buy has a great price and cc allowed financing option! Happy!

My husband and I can in to get a stove! We found one and it was at a good price. I applied for a Best Buy credit card and I was approved. After that we were helped by one of your employees and he was very helpful

Absolutely love this stove. The dual oven function is amazing. This was an upgrade from a previous fridgedaire gallery stove. The stove top is easy to clean which has made this a great purchase. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stove upgrade.

I've had this amazing oven for not quite a month and absolutely love it. Is it perfect? No. I really have to watch it because if I get too close, the press of my body turns the middle knob to on. Also, the shelves do not glide smoothly. BUT ... I've had a lot of air fryers; the one in this oven is better than my Ninja air fryer. I love how good both ovens cook. The smart features are intuitive, and it really is just a great stove. Beautiful, too. The stainless steel brightens up my kitchen. I'm glad I purchased it.

I Absolutely love my stove but i hate how easy it is to turn on the knobs. Like I've leaned over the stove to push buttons and have accidentally turned on the stove top 2 or 3 times.

Replacing for the same but older model that came with my house. Love that it connects on LG ThinQ app. Looks great and matches the rest of my all LG appliances

I love my new stove. The features are easy to use. Having a double oven is a dream come true- an oven for baking, a convection component and an air fryer is all you need. Clean up is quick.well constructed.

The oven is great. It syncs with my microwave to work in conjunction with one another. Turn the cooktop on and the microwave light and exhaust fan engage. It also notifies you if you leave the oven/ burner on, if it needs to be cleaned, etc... Smart technology at its best!

I am excited to get this' looked all over and finally found this to look at in Best Buy.did not get it yet
