so far easy to use, I had to return the first one, the drum was making a sqeaking noise it would be nice to have a light in the dryer though

We've only had the dryer a couple of weeks, so to be honest we haven't learned all of the settings. But on "normal" setting batches of clothes are coming out a bit damp. I did just adjust the temp setting from normal to high, so we'll see if that fixes it. Otherwise it's been great, and the price was reasonable.

Very energy efficient. Quiet motor. Plenty of space for wahing bedding items. No more struggling to place cloths in the machine.

This dryer is much quieter than the last one we owned. It has some great features and takes less time to dry my clothes

This is a very good automatic dryer. I haven't yet tried all the features, but would recommend it. It gets things mostly dry, sometimes they are just a little damp (maybe I am doing something a little wrong there). I was less pleased with the service from Best Buy, which was supposed to install it, but they would not install it when they saw that my hose to the outside was not the kind that meets code and that the replacement one they had me buy was not long enough. They just left the problem with me. My plumber installed it with the former hose.

I love my new washer and dryer! It’s so beautiful and looks elegant. I got the wider one that fits my comforter and blankets.

Has been a great dryer so far. I like all the settings, you can interrupt the cycle if necessary, and link screen is easy to reach.

Just got this new machine after having my old machine 20 years. Very easy to use and very big doing less laundry. Would recommend

This dryer does a great job drying and is very adjustable. Seems to be very well made. It plays music when the drying is completed! Having said that, I am a techie and find it easy to use; my wife is NOT a techie and finds it confusing and unintuitive. I rated it "Excellent" because it does do an excellent job at its primary function as a dryer. I also do most of the laundry.

So far, so good. A basic plus dryer that does the job. It doesn’t have a lot of drying settings, but in reality we really didn’t use many of them beyond the basic ones on our last dryer, so why pay for them. The construction is a bit on the light side, the front door assembly in particular, and the price is on the high side for what you get, but that is more likely the state of the industry than anything else. If you need a gas dryer and the price and options work for you, then this is a decent choice.

Works good. I was surprised that there isn't a light inside. Also I was disappointed in the unfriendly delivery guys.

The first unit I received on 9/7 had a constant knocking noise on the right side once the Dryer became heated. This happened every time I used it. BestBuy replaced the unit on 9/22 and the new unit is functioning as expected. The Dryer works better when set to Heavy Duty as the Normal setting leaves clothes a bit damp. Overall, happy with the purchase and glad that I bought from BestBuy to make it right when the first unit I received was a "lemon".

The dryer seems to do a very good job, and it is energy savings. Less wrinkles in cloths.
