Dryer works great, clothes come out dry every time. My experience with Best Buy was awesome. Dryer came when they said it would. The delivery guys brought it right down my tight staircase without touching the walls. They were in and out in ten minutes. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Good value. Prompt delivery, installer was knowledgeable and eagerly responded to questions. Only disappointment is that this unit does not have a light in the interior of the dryer. price for this added feature was exorbitant. The dryer that this model replaced had the interior light as a basic feature.

When my old dryer finally stopped working, i needed a new one so when i saw this one which was similar to the washer i bought a month before ,i checked out its features and bought it instantly and so far im very pleased . It is both quiet and efficient, thank you

Good dryer. Easy to use. However, I have 2 complaints. The first is my own fault, but there is no light inside the dryer. The lighting in our basement is very low, so it's really difficult to see inside. Guess I'm going to have to install a spot light. Also, the sensor seems to shut the dryer off when it detects some dry items. This often leads to some damp clothes if you are drying a mixed load of heavy and lighter items. I will have to research this further as I become more familiar with the settings.

This washer and dryer combo have been fantastic. Never had any issues with them and I've been using them regularly for more than a year.

The dryer is exceptional and dries clothing fast. Unfortunately for all the positive I can say about the dryer, I can’t say anything positive about Best Buy customer service and their inability to help

I recently purchased an LG washing machine and I was really impressed with it. When my old dryer stopped working I decided to replace with this LG model. It is the best dryer I have ever owned.

Quiet and plays music when it's done instead if the buzzar noise. Only giving 4 stars because the laundry doesn't always dry so it needs to run twice. That ruins the energy efficiency when you have to run it twice.

An excellent dryer, gets clothes dry has settings for the different types of drying modes needed (bedding, permanent press, delicate). Be warned its definition of normal dry is still a bit damp, use very dry!

I think one of my favorite things about this dryer is the amount of options it gives you, and it is really easy to use, you get the hang of it really quickly, and it’s gets the job done.

We found the Right size LG Gas Dryer to fit in our laundry closet. This dryer senses the size of the load and shuts off early (not running the full cycle). Best Buy Had the perfect product to fit our needs.

We've only had this dryer for about a month, but so far so good. Seems to be working well and is relatively quiet. We purchased during a black Friday sale so it was a decent price.

I've had sensor dryers in the past, but with the long vent run, they never dried a load completely with one pass. This one does.

It is a very quiet dryer. However, 60 minutes of drying still left a few damp spots. I don't blame the dryer since the load was a hodgepodge if material/clothes. So just adding on a few minutes fixed that.

The best for this price point! I could rave about this machine all day long! I was a little worried because it was so expensive but it is incredible! I will be buying more from this company in the future!

The product itself is great, the delivery and installation sucked. Paid for installation that was not done correctly. Love the dryer but skip their installation costs. Useless.

Best Buy had the best price compared to my other local appliance dealers like Home Depot. This model and brand had strong ratings on Consumer Reports and other online reviews and the price was not crazy expensive. It was a replacement for our 25+-year-old Maytag dryer that's used at least once every day. For the last couple of months, it's been working well. It did take a few tries to figure out the settings to get our clothes dry the way we like it. We're happy with the purchase!

Sweet dryer,big,lightweight easy to move,and it looks good,ours is the gas model, extra money for gas option but cheaper in long run to operate
