We love this dryer! We earlier had bought an LG Inverter Direct Drive Washer from Best Buy, which has been outstanding, so we again opted for LG for our gas dryer. (We did have to buy our own propane-to-gas converter kit, and arrange for our propane supplier to do the installation, but that wasn't that much of a bother at all.) Great product.

After several months of using this, I've finally figured out what dryer settings to use. It's quite different from my old dryer, but is working well. The dryer vent is problematic, to say the least! As recommended, I clean the vent after each load, but it still has lint coming out from the filter into the dryer and the area around the filter. This is the reason I didn't give a 5-star rating. I would suggest the manufacturer take another look at improving this.

Dryer works well, is quiet and is easy to operate! We don't need lots of different settings, so we chose the basic model, and are very happy with it so far.

My new dryer dries our clothes with a quietness I did not have before. The clothes are dry when the dryer stops not like my old dryer. Thank you Best Buy.

Big capacity, so even if I laundry clothes once a week, I'm still ok. I don't have to load multiple times because my dryer is able to handle tons clothes. I also like the sensor feature so I can run the cycle not based on time duration. The machine automatically stops when the clothes are dry and I appreciate that. The musical note towards the end to let me know that the cycle is done is something I enjoy. It reminds me of my stay in Japan, and the note is very similar to the one I had there.

Drys a Queen size thick blanket with no problem. Towels no problem. Jeans no problem. Delivery and installation was great. Was a little worried after reading the negative reviews. Now all the worries went away

The original LG dryer that I had to replace, was better and a bit higher tech. This one doesn't show you how long the dry time will take and I've noticed that the loads aren't always completely dry when the cycle is finished. For the price, it's a great brand and a decent dryer. But I was spoiled with my other one, and it was discontinued.

I like this dryer. It is very spacious. Just wish it had a light inside to see when getting clothes out.

So far it has met my expectations. I bought as new opened box but it definitely had been used as I found different color lints on the filter

Operates very quietly. Great capacity. Wish it had a light bulb in tub, though

Dryer came broken, had to wait weeks to get it fixed over & over again but finally they replaced it and it’s a really good dryer! Just be careful of the igniter being broken, TEST BEFORE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE LEAVE!!!

This is a great machine. It does a good job. It seems to take a little bit longer to dry our clothes than our older machine, but that is probably because it can hold twice the amount of clothes.

Really large - works great for our big family. Bought as a pair with the washer which is also very large capacity.

So far it’s worked great! Just takes a while to dry comforters for whatever reason. I had to throw it in a couple of times to get it dry. But it works great drying my clothes

Very spacious inside the drum , very quiet , works great , all touch screen sensitive . Drying time is on point .
