    This dryer is awful. If you have a pet (with hair), this dryer won't remove any of it from your clothes. They even have a "pet hair" filter for $100 because they know how awful it is - and even that doesn't help. If you have a pet, do not get this dryer. If you have no pets, its fine. They could have simplified all the options though.

      For best performance, especially with pet hair, we recommend: Running an empty cycle with a damp towel to help collect loose hair from the drum.

      Using the “Ultra Heat” or “Pet Care” cycle (if available) with proper sorting (fabrics that attract hair vs. not).

      Cleaning the lint filter and exhaust vent regularly for optimal airflow.     I only had the dyer a week and it was throwing codes on two of the cycles. They replaced the circuit board. Still does it. I’m getting another unit. Hopefully this one is better.

    We purchased both LG Washing Machine & Dryer. Each machine does an excellent job. With AI function added on the display panel, the machine itself adjusts the running time according to the load. Super cool! We are extremely happy with the products.
