To adjust the heat, you can select a Manual Dry cycle such as Time Dry and use the Temp. button to toggle between settings, including "Air Dry" for cool air.

If you have a pet (with hair), this dryer won't remove any of it from your clothes. They even have a "pet hair" filter for $100 because they know how awful it is - and even that doesn't help. If you have a pet, do not get this dryer. If you have no pets, its fine. They could have simplified all the options though.

For best performance, especially with pet hair, we recommend: Running an empty cycle with a damp towel to help collect loose hair from the drum.
Using the “Ultra Heat” or “Pet Care” cycle (if available) with proper sorting (fabrics that attract hair vs. not).
Cleaning the lint filter and exhaust vent regularly for optimal airflow. They replaced the circuit board. Still does it. I’m getting another unit. Hopefully this one is better.

With AI function added on the display panel, the machine itself adjusts the running time according to the load. Super cool! We are extremely happy with the products.

I guess the fifth time hopefully was a charm. I would recommend this item but not purchasing through Best Buy.
