    We had bought the same LG washer and dryer 9 years ago. The washer died. We liked the set so much, we bought it again. Newer version has WIFI. Notifies me on my Apple Watch when the dryer is finished. Easy load door was initially missed. One day I saw the latch, kinda cool feature. Lots of high tech stuff. It even drys clothes!

    Dryer ok, but paint job not good. Cleaned a spot with stain devil solution and permanently ruined the dryer paint on the first day we owned the unit. Very disappointed in LG.

    Great performance! I like the smart feature that alerts me when the cycle has finished. The display panel lights up but it’s hard to read the individual selections. A nice feature is the Dryer tub lights up.

    Dryer was installed 9/10/22. It is now Jan 2024 only 16 months later and the dryer is basically garbage. Dryer drum cracked at the weld seam and is tearing clothes and is not usable due to it now being a fire hazard. Drum is still in the 3 year drum warranty but service shops want to charge close to $500 for the repair. Not worth it so time to purchase another. Of course LG is the highest rated dryer so will be purchasing an extended warranty on the next one. So disappointed

    Bought this for my in-laws and they have had no issues. Easy load and unload with 2-way door and the capacity of this is much better than the old dryer. Clothes dry very quickly in this machine.
