I recently purchased the LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer, and it has truly transformed my laundry experience! From its sleek design to its high-tech features, this dryer does everything I need—and more. The large capacity is a lifesaver for my family. After owning this for little over 11 months, I will say that the 7.3 cu ft is really awesome. Easily dries our bedspreads, dog beds and pretty much any other large item we attempt. A+

Great dryer. I got an LG pair washer-dryer. Very happy with this dryer - it covers all the scenarios I can think of, easy to load. I love the double-feature door where you can open it from top or from side.

Okay, I know how it is when you see a review on an item that someone has had for a short time. I bought this set to replace my 8 year old GE set which are in perfect condition. This new set is almost double the capacity of the old set and are Energy Star (among other upgrades). My best friend has had this set for a year and they're amazing. I got them on sale. After delivery, I did two loads of laundry immediately. These are AWESOME! Whisper quiet, and the wifi connectivity is cool. My washer and dryer are in the garage so when the laundry is done, I get notified through the app on my phone. And the washer actually tells the dryer what the best setting is to dry the load that just finished washing! Get this set! They're loaded with just enough features without being too much! And they're very classy looking too!

We really love this dryer. It was easy to install and works so great. I absolutely love that the door opens two different ways. It’s so convenient. Our clothes dry fast. We are able to put in blankets with ease and space.

This dryer is wonderful. I had it less than a month and I got an error message on it. I looked the message up in the manual and it said the duct work is about 80-95% blocked. This dryer definitely saved us from having a fire and the dryer works great!

This dryer is fantastic not only does the door open 2 different ways but this dryer is quiet and drys my clothes fast. My old dryer I had to run a full cycle then another 20 minutes to dry clothes

This Lg dryer is replacing the Lg I purchased last year. That particular dryer apparently had NO light inside! Obviously there was no mechanical issue, so I was stuck with it and happy to donate it. I went back to BB and saw this one with identical measurements and style so it still matched my Lg washing machine. I LOVE this new one! The LED light is amazing and this model has the door that opens from the side or from the top down. This feature is great and now my puppy can’t steal socks while I’m unloading. Delivery was exceptional! The agents were on time, installation went smoothly, and laundry room and driveway were completely cleared of all packing material. The dryer was tested and I was shown all the features. Another excellent BB experience. Thank you!

We have had the dryer a little over a month and so far, so good. It dries clothing quickly, is quiet and love how the door opens two ways. Four stars because a basket was placed on top and it showed scratches. Would buy again.

Dries quickly and quietly, especially large loads like towels and king size quilts. Clothes are soft even without fabric softener. Loads easily with the EZ loader door.

Needed to replace our 31 year old dryer. Always had success with LG products so I was looking for an LG dryer that was "smart" but simple. Found this unit on a tremendous sale. I love the dual-option door opening; ours is in a closet type area and the side-swinging door is ideal. Best Buy did the install with no issues. The vent hose was attached fine and the installers were extremely efficient. I have the Alexa skill enabled to announce when a load is dry. Controls are simple and straightforward and the viewing window thru the front door, with an interior light, is really nice. The only issue I had was connecting the dryer to the LG ThinQ app - I have 3 other LG appliances in the app and they connected with no issues. It requires a 2.4 ghz connection but my router was insisting on 5 ghz. Once I got my router configured properly, it connected fine. Dropping one star for that - I didn't have to make any router changes for my LG fridge, microwave or range so there is something about this dryer WiFi that is lacking.

Great dryer! Lots of capacity. Seems to dry clothes faster than our previous dryer. Love the two ways to open the door.

The drum light was the reason I went with this model -totally worth it! But the door is something I never knew I’d love. So easy to load from washer with door opening almost like a chute. We will have to change the door open side direction but because it opens down we aren’t in a rush. Large drum. Very quiet. Plays a song when done. Cons? Sticks out further from the wall than our last one and has a sensitive lint trap. Alerts you if it hasn’t been cleaned even if it’s barely used. But I guess that’s a good thing.

Quiet. Like the easy access dual door. Nothing hits the floor. Drys great.

Quiet. Dries clothes well...albeit a little slower than our old gas dryer. Large volume. Love the wifi connection.
