    This dryer works well BUT it defaults to some energy saver mode that does not dry clothes! One energy saver turned off then all is well.

    Absolutely love my new units. Instead of doing multiple loads on "laundry day". It's one large load of clothes and I'm done. The WiFi options are just another bonus! Zero regrets here! And the installation was perfect and customer service was top notch!

    Good delivery, good installation, haul away of our old dryer and my wife is pleased with the performance of the LG dryer. As tech members we receive an extended warranty. The dryer was on sale and extended payment terms were available same a cash-no interest. The appliance is energy star rated. Easy to do business with Best Buy each step of the way.

    The dryer overall is alright. I wish the door opened all the way. It is hard to get bulky things in and out because is barley opens. I’ve had the dryer for 30 days and it already kind of sticks when I try and open the door to it. Other than that, it dries fine.

    It's a great set, the washer doesn't have a drain cycle so the technician installing it should educate you on holding the pause/play button and allowing it to stay paused for 4 minutes for the washer drum to drain. Also, if you have a dryer with a steam cycle, make sure it gets installed if you choose to select the installation of the items. My water hose was not connected during the installation and I assumed it was and that the parts were included. It's not. But other than that, it's a great pair.

    Oh my! How a great dryer can change your life. We got this beauty and it is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new dryer. It chic, sleek and it drying time is perfect. It has so many drying settings, steam options you'd want it!
