Delivery and installation was finally a dealbreaker. Was told at time of purchase that once delivered, the team would oblige in moving the older dryer out to the curb for disposal without having to pay the $60 for take away. Day of delivery, it was then explained how the older one would only be “moved out of the way” to install the new one (strike 1). Upon entering the house and viewing the laundry room in which it would be installed, it wasn’t clean/cleared enough for the installer. They then explained how the dryer could simply be dropped off at the driveway, but installation would have to be rescheduled as if they didn’t want to really do ANY work at all (strike 2). Upon rescheduling the delivery and installation from 3PM-7PM, no one showed with the dryer. Received an email the next morning to reschedule AGAIN and the site rescheduled backwards — Sat for the installation and the following Monday for delivery (strike 3). Drove to the actual store of purchase to speak with a mgr. in which they couldn’t guarantee any delivery date. I’m done with BB and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere besides the circus they have become.

Items were delivered as promised. Workers were friendly, did a great job of hooking up each product and taking used items.

This dryer is so good! My old GE took two plus hours to dry towels or heavier loads. A queen size quilt took around three hours shifting it every twenty minutes. Now there are no hassles and towels are dry in around forty minutes. I highly recommend this dryer and washer set to make your life easier!

We bought this to match the washer after a lot of research. This was recommended by Consumer Reports. We’re very happy with all aspects of this except I wish it had better sound baffling or other ways to reduce the noise. It’s louder than our former dryer as far as the operational noises.

This is the best dryer I have ever owned. The door opens two ways, there are numerous drying programs and it is very quiet.

Bought a new home and without hesitation, bought LG for washer and dryer (bought first set for my previous home). These are solid machines, great warranty, and easy to coordinate delivery and install with Best Buy. Hoping these work just as well as my old set!

I like all of the options, and getting push alerts on my phone when loads are finished is a nice touch. However, the auto-sensing settings can be frustrating. The dryer always things clothes are dry, and finishes the cycle - only for me to find that they’re still damp. It happens about 80% of time - especially with any sort of bedding. Sometimes it’ll take 3-4 cycles before they’re actually dry. Considering that this was the most expensive dryer when I was looking, I’m not overly impressed.

Not much to say on dryers they dry clothes as they should it is quite so love the color and ease of use

Nice dryer all the modern features for a good price.

I love my dryer. It opens both side to side and forward. I love the lint mesh which is easy to clean and out you forget it has a little light that blinks to remind you. The alert that tells you the cycle is over is a soothing chime—it is all good!

For never before having an electric dryer I’m very impressed with how quickly this unit can dry laundry.

Excellent dryer—steam refresh is outstanding! Had this model previously and conveyed it when house sold. Happy to be using this dryer again after 2 yrs without!

Needs to run 2 cycles to get things dry. I am not overloading the machine either.

Wife’s loves this washer! Had a two for one washer/dryer but nothing compares to a separate washer and dryer!

It dries things extremely well, especially when you use the correct setting (ThinQ app has extra settings for specific items) Extremely beautiful machine and the thinQ app is very useful too.

I purchased this dryer to replace my GE profile which was giving me problems. I’m still learning to use the different settings but liking the results.
