Great appliance and works like a dream. The steam abs smart features are an added bonus.

Only regret is that the descriptions of the different settings is minimal to non-existent, so I had to do some trial and error at first. Well, that and YouTube. ;-)

My only beef is when opening the door sideways it does not open all the way. But hands down its still the best dryer for the price.

Not completely satisfied with unit. After installation we noticed door opens opposite way, need to change on my own, wish installers caught it and handled before they left!

My biggest issue for this comment is the sales staff in Murrieta, CA. Hard to get a sales person and not to have to hear personal stuff about the employees. I wasn't until I purchase 2 refrigerator and a washer and dryer did I get there attention. The price match at best buy is mostly a joke too. They always found a reason not to match. The sale person also never mention the locate rebates I should look for which cost me over 250.00. When I tried calling and leaving messages she never call me back. I guess she got her commission. I miss Sears..
