    We changed from a front load washer to this top load washer and it has been wonderful. I can get 3x as much clothes in each load. It reduces the number of load for a family of 5.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Absolutely horrible dryer and LG has provided terrible support. They’ve sent out two different technicians to address a rattling noise that started occurring about two months after we purchased the dryer. They state that it’s a A normal condition. But if it was normal, why did it not happen from the beginning and took two months to start happening? Nobody would put this dryer in their home if they had any idea that it would make this kind of noise while drying. Seriously, do yourself a favor and look at any other brand other than LG! If you have a problem, even if it’s under warranty, you can forget getting it repaired but only excuses. Currently seeking out options to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as the attorney General!

    My review may be biased due to purchasing defective from the Outlet store, yet it's true to our experience. Sadly, the dryer makes a bumping sound and vibrates with each load, regardless of the size or contents of the load. I've contacted the Outlet and hope to have unit repaired or return.
