Super noisy

Flow Sense is Terrible

Poor service from LG

Very disappointed considering the price

Won’t dry

Still great after 2 years

My son has allergies, but I’m very particular about my clothes, so being able to steam specific ones in wonderful. I use the refresh feature more often than expected and the app. We don’t have the matching washer, but i love being able to check how much time is left and start the dryer without walking across the house. We’re buying another one for our daughter.

Great dryer!

So far this is running nice and quiet with no issues. We love the dual open door for adding items to the load.

Expensive Disappointment

It runs so hot it's hard on clothes, especially cotton & items with elastic. It has many cycles & heat settings, but the only auto-cycle with low heat is Delicate. (And low is pretty warm.) The heat settings on auto-cycles cannot be adjusted. That means using Delicate for everything except for towels. The steam feature is good for freshening on Permanent Press, but because it has to get the clothes so hot, I seldom use it. The steam connects to the cold water supply and relies only on the hot air in the drum, thus the high heat. It can leave clothes spotted or set wrinkles that then require ironing. I wanted to like this dryer, but I will buy something simpler next time.

Great dryer, but easily dented.

After installation I leaned over the top to see if there were any leaks behind my washer, and leaned over to make sure the dryer hose wasn't kinked once pushed back, and the whole top dented in. I tried to take it apart and push it back out but you can still see the dent, and it's been 3 years so we've just left it dented in. Do not lean across the top, or set anything heavy, there is no internal bracing to keep the top from caving in. Otherwise works perfectly. no issues with the touch buttons (unlike our washer). Love how the door swings either down, or sideways/normal.
