I was so hesitant to buy a dryer since my worst nightmare would be to get a dryer that doesn’t dry. I did a lot of research and I took a shot on this one; gonna tell you that it did not disappoint. Literally the best dryer ever. Geek Squat is a must have for peace of mind. The installation was great, super fast and everything has been working perfectly fine. I’m very happy!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. I was worried about it having too many features and it being too complex. That is not the case. I love the way the sensor works. The capacity is fantastic. I washed and dried 2 sleeping bags and they came out great. The way the door opens two ways completely surprised me. Although the pull down direction does not do a full 90 degrees. It would be better if it did.

absolutely love ... only downfall is blankets seem dry to the sensor but have dampness in the middle. however thats technically now. I love the size and efficiency of this set. I have 10 humans some pets and now I don't always have to play catch up doing my laundry. don't like the app yet. also despite being larger then previous unit, still fits the exact same. dryer has the cool 2 way door

We finally decided that it was time to replace our 12 year-old LG front-load washer and dryer. What a difference technology has made over that span of time! This set is quiet, efficient and controllable with an app. The volume of clothes that can be thoroughly washed is fantastic and the overall fit and finish is second to none!

I purchased the washer and matching dryer after researching washing machines online. Online purchasing experience was intuitive and options were clearly presented. Best Buy exceeded my expectations and delivered in 3 days! With all the recent Covid-related supply chain delays and shortages, I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos to Best Buy! The delivery men were polite, courteous, and efficient. They performed test runs of each product before leaving and also cleaned up all the packing materials. I do wish I would have visited the store to view the control panel, some parts of which are difficult to see until you touch the right column of features. The top loader washer is very deep and not as quiet as my old front-loader, but overall I prefer the top loader. The washer and dryer don't have some features that my 12-year-old Samsungs had, such as "hand wash" and "steam refresh," but I'll figure it out - there are many options on the control panel. I recommend both products.

Excellent dryer! After years of dreading laundry in our noisy old dryer I can now happily dry our laundry stress free. Large loads usually dry in 1 hour cycle or less and was even able to dry our huge comforter without issue. So quiet I can even run a load while sleeping in the next room. Love all the settings and it even looks beautiful!

Best dryer I have ever had. Blows away my 3 yr old Samsung that worked questionable at best. Really love the steam feature and the notification that the load is complete. No issues whatsoever. Even something small like the way the door opens multiple ways would be hard to go back to something that didn't do that, very convenient.

We were thrilled with how easy this purchase was for us! We did everything over the phone. Beverley called me at home and answered all my questions. It is a huge washer! It can hold a lot of clothes, if you must do wash a lot at a time. But it cleans our clothes beautifully! We had not realized how poorly our other washer was cleaning the clothes! It goes far beyond what we expected for the washer! Beverley suggested that we do a wash every month with no clothes to get the machine clean. There are two liners for the washer. It is easy to do that cleaning every month. We live on an outer Island in Hawaii, thus the phone purchase, but we have to gave our purchases shipping on Young Brothers. Best Buy told us we will deliver your washer to Young Brothers on this day______! And, you will have it on this day______. It was perfect! It could not have been any easier for us!! Because it was so easy we bought other things from Best Buy and each experience was amazingly perfect! We will be telling everyone we know to not hesitate, buy from Best Buy!! This was so refreshing since we have not had this experience with other businesses. Best Buy we will always buy our appliances and other things for our home from you! Thank you SO much for all your help and guidance!! ❤️

Bought this out of the box so I got a great deal on the dryer. Had to get the operating manual off line. This dryer is user friendly, used the steam function for the first time last night on my comforter, came out nice. Multiple options to choose from overall a great dryer.

I bought this as a set with the washer. I've been using it about 6 weeks. I wish it came with a manual, so I could compare all the cycles or program my own favorite setting. Overall it does what it's supposed to. I haven't tried the steam option yet. But it handles large loads and California King bedding like a pro.

Our new dryer was just delivered today. The delivery team took the time to explain its operation and I just did our first dryer load. Worked well, fairly quiet and all items dried throughly. So far I’m pretty impressed with Best Buy appliances and service

amazing washer, very easy to use. choose your cycle, add detergent and softener and press start! love not having to go through and pick and choose the speeds and water temps. not too loud. we've owned this for about 10 months now and havent had any issues with it whatsoever. would definitely buy again!

Works great, after a little familiarity time. Looks great. Great features. Steam is new. Great fluff and puff for wrinkled items that don't need washing again. Love the 2 way door!

Love this dryer! It's not only gorgeous, it's a workhorse. It's large capacity is hard to beat and our drying time has been reduced considerably compared to our old Maytag dryer, the energy efficiency is saving us money. Check with your electric company, we received a nice rebate for buying this dryer. It takes a while to learn how to use all of the features, make sure you download the manual from LG's website. The end-of-cycle chime is a vast improvement over our old Maytag's truck horn blast. One last thing, if ordering online, there is no place to order a door reversal, It is a separate service call from your delivery so make sure, if you need the door reversed, to address that upfront with Customer Care. Our calls to Customer Care were addressed by super nice, and professional agents. We have had our LG washer/dryer set about a month and so far, so good. Highly recommend this dryer.

Bought this to replace a Samsung which was not very old. Samsung was noisy and was poorly designed for lint trapping. The LG dryer has performed much better. Very quiet, easy to operate and the lint trap catches the lint properly.

Great dryer. Got it on an excellent sale, so it was a terrific value. It’s huge, works quickly, dries thoroughly, and is super quiet. It was easy to install and set up the app to allow for notifications and mobile control. Very happy with our purchase.

Love this dryer. Does a great job, and when kids leave their clothes in there a couple of days the steam does a great job of freshening them. The door that opens from the top or side is quite a handy feature. Would strongly recommend this!

The dryer is easy to use, user friendly. I love the color, looks nice in my laundry room. It has a lot of features. The steam fresh is great at getting out wrinkles and i love the bedding feature.

I couldn’t stand how many times I’d have to spin my old dryer or break up loads to completely dry everything. That is a problem of them past. I bought this for its ability to hold plenty of cargo and it doesn’t not disappoint!

I love the two way door....open from the top to load and from the side to unload. WIFI alerts are awesome. I love to get alerted when the dryer is done. It is huge and works way better than my 20 year old Maytag.
